CSV to JSON Converter

This turns exported spreadsheet data into the shape an application can consume. The first row is read as the header and every row after it becomes an object keyed by those headers, with quoted fields respected so a comma inside quotes does not split a column. It suits the moment you are handed a CSV export and need seed data, a fixture for a test, or a request body. One deliberate behaviour is worth knowing before you rely on the output: every value comes out as a string, and no attempt is made to guess numbers or booleans. That is protective rather than lazy, because guessing corrupts exactly the values you least want changed — postcodes, phone numbers and IDs that carry leading zeros. Cast the fields you need on your side. When output looks strange, a missing or duplicated header row is almost always the cause.
