You retain full ownership of any content you upload, generate, or download through our client-side tools. Quick Oracalfi claims no rights over your files, payroll records, or sprint data.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties for PMS & HR Tools
The project management and HR tools (including invoice generators, payroll spreadsheets, calculators, and trackers) are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for convenience and informational assistance.
Quick Oracalfi does not guarantee that the tool outputs are free from errors, complete, or compliant with local financial regulations or tax codes. Nothing on this site should be interpreted as professional legal, tax, or human resources advice. You must independently audit all outputs before making business commitments or tax filings.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall CoreQuad Labs or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, loss of employee records, project delays, or business interruptions) arising out of or related to your use or inability to use our tools, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
